In Bundelkhand, India, a revolution is in the making among the poorest of the poor, as Sampat Pal Devi and the fiery women of her Gulabi Gang empower themselves and take up the fight against gender violence, caste oppression and widespread corruption. They want to change the unchangeable with an organised social action and unification. It’s a picture of rural India and a story about underprivileged, especially a story of Indian women.
Celluloid Man : This is a 2012 documentary film directed by Shivendra Singh Dungarpur that explores the life and work of legendary Indian archivist P. K. Nair, founder of the National Film Archive of India and guardian of Indian cinema. P. K. Nair’s fascination with cinema began as a child and he watched his first few films lying on the white sand floor of a cinema in Trivandrum. He was a collector even then – collecting ticket stubs, lobby cards, even weighing machine tickets sporting pictures of the stars of the day.
Supermen of Malegaon : Supermen Of Malegaon is a 2012 Hindi documentary film written and directed by Faiza Ahmad Khan. Supermen of Malegaon revolves around the passion which residents of Malegaon, a city in Maharashtra India, have for film making. The town is fraught with communal tensions, poverty and hardship. Fire in the Blood : Fire in the Blood is an internationally acclaimed 2013 documentary by Dylan Mohan Gray depicting the mass devastation brought about in Africa, Asia and other parts the global South due to intentional obstruction of low-cost antiretroviral drugs used for treatment of HIV/AIDS from reaching people in these countries, spearheaded by Western pharmaceutical companies armed with patent monopolies and the governments (above all those of the United States,European Union and Switzerland) doing their bidding. The documentary also shows how the battle against this blockade, estimated to have resulted in ten- to twelve million unnecessary deaths, was fought and (at least for the time being) won.

Ram ke Naam : Ram ke naam is a 1992 documentary by Indian filmmaker Anand Patwardhan.
